Joseph is a Consultant at Reference Point with experience in Target Operating Model Design, Current State Capabilities Assessments, and Business Process Optimization for the financial services industry. He is passionate about delivering value to our clients by helping them solve their complex business problems.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Joseph was a Senior Consultant in the business performance improvement solutions at global consulting firm. Joseph supported various engagements over his tenure; he served as a workstream PMO for an engagement within a large financial services firm’s banking division where he oversaw the execution of commitments made to the OCC outlined in the Compliance Risk Management Program; he served as a Scrum Master and Scrum team member in an engagement to develop Customer Journey Maps and Target Operating Model with a multi-national bank’s credit card division; and he served as a project team member in an engagement to perform a current state assessment for a financial service firm’s investment accounting group.
Joseph graduated from Trinity College (CT) where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Minor in Mathematical Modeling and Data. Outside of work, Joseph is an avid squash player and fly-fisherman.
