Stephanie Lin

Stephanie Lin is a Consultant at Reference Point. She has prior experience in data management, analytics, and visualizations. Her past professional experiences include refining and building data infrastructures, managing predictive analytic and ETL processes to develop business solutions for model risk management and data migration, and generally turning unstructured data into actionable insights.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Stephanie worked at a Big Four consulting firm in an advisory analytics capacity. During her MBA, she also acquired experience in the healthcare industry with pro-bono work.
Stephanie graduated with an MBA, Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School. She double majored in Finance and Statistics at NYU Stern. In her spare time, she enjoys watercolors and horror movies.
