Tim has a passion for data and its power to transform companies, when it can be leveraged safely, accurately and at the speed of the business. He also brings extensive experience in practical and applied technology architecture. Throughout his career he has focused on designing and building capabilities that are customer focused, highly scalable and resilient, and built for nimble change.
Prior to working with Reference Point, Tim was a Managing Director/Senior Technology Executive at Bank of America. In his 20 years at Bank of America he served in a number of executive roles including;
- Data and Analytics Technology Executive for Wealth, Consumer & Global Marketing where he led the implementation of modern target state data platforms and ‘best in class’ data management practices
- Consumer Products Technology Executive where he led one of the largest credit card platform transformations in financial services history
- Chief Technology Architect for the Consumer Bank where he established the architecture teams, processes and standards while designing and building customer centric capabilities and integration suites that modernized the consumer bank platforms
Prior to joining Bank of America, Tim co-founded and spent 10 years leading a consulting practice focused on large scale integration, data, and transformation programs within the Financial Services industry.
