Sal Atapoor
Manager
Sal Atapoor is a Manager at Reference Point with experience leading and supporting prolific consulting engagements focused on strategic business and technology transformations. During his career, Sal has performed enterprise-wide strategic assessments across end-to-end business capabilities, developed business architecture blueprints, helped organizations stand up merger integration offices and data management functions, and led multiple technology vendor analysis processes. Sal has direct experience working with clients at all levels of organizations – he excels at building strong relationships to ensure his team’s solutions are custom-tailored to optimize value creation.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Sal was an Investment Banking Analyst at DCS Advisory, where he developed advanced financial models, performed M&A research, and supported all phases of advisory work in multiple live sell-side transactions.
Sal holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and IT from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he graduated with honors in the top 20% of his class. Outside of work, Sal can probably be found traveling abroad, at the gym, or editing his fantasy football lineup.
