Evolve the firm’s culture, talent management, and workplace environment to foster professional development and personal expression by all employees
Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are self-driven with sponsorship from leadership and involvement from our expert network. Open to all employees, they serve as a cornerstone of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts. Through this employee engagement, they create a culture of inclusion, connect colleagues from across the country and help create a sense of belonging.
Our ERGs are made up of employees who come together based on a shared dimension of diversity and they are constantly evolving to further enable networking, mentorship, capability building, and social engagement by providing avenues for our people to connect.
“Being a part of an organization where everyone comes together to celebrate events like Black History Month is very important to me. This year, we hosted an event that was both a celebration and reminder of the African American experience, achievements, and hardships that have shaped our world today. It was an opportunity to not only celebrate, but to remember the hidden and forgotten contributions of our ancestors - as well as to reflect on the work still to be done.”
“The PRIDE ERG at Reference Point has been a fantastic forum for meeting new friends, learning about the breadth of diversity at the firm, and making great connections along the way. The group’s recruiting efforts with Out for Undergrad, happy hours, volunteering opportunities, and events put on firmwide have reinforced to me RP’s commitment to diversity in the workplace and has been really exciting to see!”
“I am grateful for how the women of Reference Point all serve as each other’s cheerleaders. Of course, we celebrate promotions and hard-earned awards, but also make sure to call attention to the less visible work that goes into making the wheels of this company run so smoothly.”
“Reference Point's commitment to building, developing, and retaining a talented, diverse, and inclusive workforce is a source of pride for me. As a leader of Asians@RP, I am empowered to further drive company-wide efforts and create new opportunities to promote an inclusive environment among the Asian community while also raising awareness of our culture with our peers. ”
