Consultants work independently, manage small teams, further develop subject matter expertise, and interact with senior-level clients on a regular basis.
Managers oversee client relationships and project delivery and bring unique subject matter expertise to deliver services to clients. Managers also contribute to business development and mentor Associates and Consultants.
Senior Managers lead large teams, leverage their subject matter expertise, and manage project delivery and client needs. Senior Managers drive business development efforts and build relationships with new clients.
Directors lead teams across multiple clients, possess deep subject matter expertise, and lead business development efforts. Directors focus on firm growth through quality delivery, sales, team member development, and other internal initiatives.
