Grace has supported a variety of engagements, including disaster recovery/data migration, large-scale technology modernization, and business process re-engineering, where she has developed a well-rounded skillset in business optimization. She has experience working with big data and people analytics, creating predictive workforce analytics models for clients.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Grace was an analyst at a global management consulting firm, where she supported various clients through data analysis and process optimization. She was a key player in re-designing, modernizing, and rebuilding the reporting and analytics practices for a large federal organization.
Grace graduated The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and dual minors in Statistics and Business Administration. Outside of work, Grace loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her dog.
