Grace MacKoul is a Consultant at Reference Point where she helps clients optimize data strategy by building and implementing data-centric programs and practices. She has demonstrated skill in deriving strategic insight from data and solving complex problems. Grace specializes in data reporting and workforce analytics, where she has designed data architecture, developed reporting practices, and created predictive models for organizations. Grace also has experience supporting engagements related to data quality and management, disaster recovery/data migration, large-scale technology modernization, and business process re-engineering where she has developed a well-rounded skillset in business optimization.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Grace was an analyst at a global management consulting firm, where she was a key player in re-designing, modernizing, and rebuilding the reporting and analytics practices for a large federal organization.
Grace graduated The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and dual minors in Statistics and Business Administration. Outside of work, Grace loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her dog.
