Melissa Dileo is a Manager at Reference Point with extensive consulting experience in the financial services industry. Melissa recently supported the mobilization of an integration office to manage a highly anticipated acquisition involving two leading financial services firms, where she led a team governing efforts related to process development, access management, status reporting, communications, and cross-firm coordination. Additionally, she has performed multiple rapid assessments of project management capabilities leading to the development, creation, and management of a Project Management Office.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Melissa was a Senior Consultant at IBM in the financial services sector where she owned complex programs, led 10-15 person multinational teams, and managed C-suite executive stakeholder relationships across a multitude of engagements such as strategic transformations, data center migrations, current state assessments, visioning workshops, and requirements gathering for digital offerings.
A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University’s prestigious Tepper School of Business, Melissa graduated in the top 10% of her class with a major in Business Administration / Finance.
