Jason Musgrow
Manager
Jason is a Manager at Reference Point with extensive experience in strategy consulting within the financial services industry. He has a proven track record of leading initiatives across various engagements to achieve desired outcomes including future state process design, platform modernization, digital enablement, large-scale program management, and process optimization. Throughout his career, Jason has developed experience across consumer lending, banking operations, payments, and wealth and investment management.
Jason recently developed an operating model to effectively prioritize and manage a large portfolio of technology projects and initiatives at a large financial services firm following the acquisition of a large brokerage. He then assisted in the management of large portfolio of over 300 projects, working directly with Scrum Leads and Product Owners to effectively scope, prioritize, and roadmap initiatives in the post-merger environment.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Jason was a Senior Consultant at a global management consulting firm, where he played a critical role across engagements with experience in banking process digitization and automation, platform modernization and servicing transformation for consumer banking products, and supporting the management of large-scale risk and wholesale banking remediations.
Jason graduated from North Carolina State University Magna Cum Laude, studying Finance and Mandarin Chinese. Outside of work, Jason enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and exploring the New York City food scene.
