Daniel Sullivan is a Consultant at Reference Point with experience in system implementation, agile software development, and project management. He has demonstrated success in strategic analysis, technical implementation, and client management skills throughout his consulting career.
In his role at Reference Point, Daniel has driven current state strategic assessments of workforce management practices for financial services clients as well as assisted in the development of a center of excellence to optimize workforce management strategies. Daniel holds both a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland. He also received his Scrum Master Certification from ScrumAlliance. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time playing volleyball with friends, soldering, and spending too much time on Wikipedia.
