Anne Xiong is a Consultant at Reference Point with experience in digital transformation, UI/UX research and strategy, and digital marketing strategy across the financial services industry. Her background includes business strategy workshop design, channel marketing automation design, user centric journey mapping, and testing.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Anne was an Associate at a global management consulting firm focused within financial services. Working within the client’s Enterprise Data Office, Risk and Compliance functions, and Data & Analytics division, Anne designed shareholder workshop sessions to analyze in-flight initiatives and strategize future state roadmaps. Anne is passionate about using design thinking methodologies to bridge the gap between client’s requests and business wants and needs. With a user centric mindset, Anne also worked closely with the design team to conduct user testing and UX design for a wealth management app.
Anne holds a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California.
