Rachel Neiman is a Manager at Reference Point with extensive experience supporting merger and acquisition, systems modernization, and business transformation projects. Clients and management have recognized Rachel for her ability to provide high-quality deliverables. Rachel is an effective verbal and written communicator with success organizing and operating within cross-functional teams.
Rachel leads all project management efforts for the data reporting team and the Head of Data Management at a US bank, with a target focus on managing data analysts and developers through end-to-end report and project delivery. As part of her efforts, she developed a formal program management process to update post-deal close day deliverable status and assign accountability for delivery. She additionally authors and delivers detailed, actionable, status updates for key finance stakeholders to communicate accurate progress on development and tangible next steps for reporting.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Rachel was a consultant at a global consulting firm. Her accomplishments include managing and coordinating monthly software releases and designing, building, and maintaining ad-hoc reports and dashboards, enabling stakeholders to make insightful, actionable, and data-driven decisions.
Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading about developments in Transportation and Mobility, running, baking, and volunteering with animal rescues.
