She collaborated with federal clients to understand industry challenges and recommend tangible solutions to help them achieve their goals. Her accomplishments include managing and coordinating monthly software releases, performing all steps of the software development life cycle, and designing, building, and maintaining ad-hoc reports and dashboards, enabling stakeholders to make insightful, actionable, and data-driven decisions. Clients and management have recognized Rachel for her ability to provide high-quality deliverables. Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading about developments in Transportation and Mobility, running, baking, and volunteering with animal rescues.
