Prior to joining Reference Point, Joe was a Consulting Manager at a Global Strategy & Technology Consulting firm. He successfully led engagements to drive large-scale business and technology transformations at global financial institutions and super-regional U.S. banks. Joe also partnered with several FinTech partners to bring modern, integrated capabilities to banks ranging from large incumbents to digital challengers.
Joe holds a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.
