At Reference Point, Dylan has worked with Financial Services clients to build a Reporting Center of Excellence, serving as the centralized hub for managing all reporting issues and requests during a firmwide digital transformation effort. He applied his expertise in data governance and BI & Reporting to implement process improvements and address complex data-related issues. Dylan led initiatives to evaluate current-state data, define reporting requirements, and resolve data quality concerns. He also focused on process automation, enhancing data enrichment efforts, and aligning reporting systems and attributes across the enterprise.

Prior to joining Reference Point, Dylan worked as an IT Auditor where he led audit engagements for SOX and SOC1 compliance. His responsibilities included testing IT controls, automating reporting and calculations, and conducting data controls assessments for large insurance clients. Dylan utilized tools like Alteryx to develop repeatable, automated solutions that improved efficiency and consistency across engagements.

Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
