Austria Morehouse is an Associate at Reference Point. She has supported engagements for financial services clients focused on technology transformation, data pipeline development and data analytics projects. Austria has experience designing comprehensive training curriculums for project sponsors, creating intuitive wireframes, writing and formalizing standard operating procedures, and helping develop toolsets to equip project managers with scalable solutions. Her internal work includes researching and developing AI use cases for IT Service Management (ITSM) spanning Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change & Release Management.
Austria graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Double Majoring in Economics and Interdisciplinary Art History/Visual Art. In her free time, Austria has a passion for fashion filmmaking and photography, playing tennis, swimming, and painting landscapes.
