Tahira Saalik is a Consultant at Reference Point with a wide variety of experiences in data governance, user experience research, and agile software delivery. During her engagements, she has conducted current state assessments, gap analyses, and held stakeholder workshops to design the ideal target state. Tahira focuses on taking complex large-scale problems and using data-driven insights to provide meaningful and actionable recommendations for client leadership.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Tahira was a Consultant at a global management and technology consulting firm focused on digital strategy and transformation within financial services. Tahira led and conducted client interviews to enhance usability for an online banking platform. The findings from the client interviews were implemented into the successfully launched final product. Additionally, Tahira has experience gathering and creating business requirements to provide guidance to senior stakeholders on software delivery and data governance structure.
Tahira graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a BBA concentrating in Finance and Strategy. In her free time, Tahira enjoys long distance running, trying new recipes, and enjoying winter sports.
