Lucas Karron is a Consultant at Reference Point who has contributed to myriad strategic and operations consulting engagements at large financial institutions. His analytical mindset and experience collaborating across enterprise-wide initiatives enables him to identify and deliver actionable solutions to firm and industry challenges. His experience includes supporting M&A integrations, performing business-wide analyses to develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies, and executing large-scale technology testing and implementations.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Lucas served as a Summer Analyst at The Rock Creek Group, a socially minded global investment and advisory firm. Additionally, he interned with Women’s Microfinance Initiative, collaborating with a global team to fund, analyze, and improve an $800,000 microloan program for impoverished women in rural Africa.
Lucas graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and is a CFA Level II Candidate.
