He is an influential and dynamic leader with a proven track record of developing best-in-class technology operations and strategy, producing significant annual savings while driving productivity and reliability increases.
Prior to Reference Point, Laurence served as Vice President of Global Central Operations at IPC, where he directed a global team of employees for the FinTech firm focused on the delivery and transformation of IPC’s Cloud Engineering and DevOps team. Laurence was also Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of IT and Facilities during his time at CRT Capital Group, where he directed IT strategy, infrastructure build and run, application deployment, and operations management. Previously, Laurence served as Vice President for North American IT Infrastructure and JPMorgan Chase Investment Bank and as Managing Director for Global Network and Service Operations at Bear Stearns.
