Dexter Lin is a Consultant at Reference Point. His expertise lies in strategic planning, digital and data transformation, innovation process design, and operational efficiency. Recent projects include data model governance strategy for a Fortune 50 Financial Services Institution and a digital operating model for a Global Investment Bank.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Dexter has delivered several transformation programs to financial services clients – building business cases and executing operational initiatives along the way. Dexter has supported a wide variety of engagements in the past, including a product growth strategy, a cost reduction and operational excellence program, an enterprise digital transformation office, and a supply chain optimization strategy.
Dexter holds a B.A. in Economics from Pitzer College. He is also a graduate of the B.A. Robert Day Scholars Program in Corporate Finance at Claremont McKenna College. In his free time, Dexter enjoys watching vintage horror movies, exploring the outdoors, and walking his two dogs.
