Dexter Lin is an Associate at Reference Point with experience delivering operational optimization, strategic cost management, data model governance, design thinking, and digital transformation programs in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Dexter has worked in both finance and consulting – building business cases and executing operational initiatives to assist clients and portfolio companies with their target state objectives. Specifically, Dexter has supported a wide variety of engagements, including a product growth strategy, a cost reduction and operational excellence program, an enterprise digital transformation office, a supply chain optimization strategy, and a data model governance initiative.
Dexter graduated from Pitzer College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and from the Robert Day BA Scholars’ Program in Corporate Finance at Claremont McKenna College. In his free time, Dexter enjoys reading mystery books, exploring the outdoors, and walking his two dogs.
