Chelsea Garber is a Manager at Reference Point with business transformation and strategy consulting experience across a multitude of financial services institutions. She has a proven track record of leading large-scale client engagements and project teams to achieve targeted outcomes ranging from operating model optimization and design, system integration, work force management, and bottom-line savings realization, among others. Throughout her career, Chelsea has developed broad industry expertise across insurance, retirement planning, and wealth and investment management. This has complemented her approach to client delivery leveraging perspectives across institutions, disciplines, and functions within financial services.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Chelsea held several positions at financial institutions including Nationwide Insurance, Honeywell, Value Line, Merrill Lynch, and UBS. Chelsea has led various initiatives serving as the former chief of staff for a C-Suite operational excellence council at a Fortune 500 company, serving on an enterprise-wide talent strategy council, and in business development generating meaningful and trusted relationships with partners.
Chelsea received her MBA from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business and received her B.A. as a graduate of New York University. Additionally, she holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma.
