Anne-Perry Booth is a Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Reference Point. In her role, she is responsible for the full spectrum of the employee experience, including talent acquisition, development, and management.
Throughout her career, Anne-Perry has had strong experience leading teams that attract, engage, and retain top talent. Since Anne-Perry comes from a consulting background, she has first-hand knowledge of the job, as well as the challenges. She understands how to empower the team to do impactful work and create undeniable results for our clients.
Prior to Reference Point, Anne-Perry most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources, Recruiting, and Staffing at Pace Harmon. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
