Andreanna Doering is an Engagement Director at Reference Point with over 30 + years of experience in change management, operations management, product development, client relationships, strategic planning, and business management – with a broad and deep understanding of the financial services industry. She is known for being an energetic and engaged leader with a proven history building and managing high performing teams. She is a problem solver that can design and lead large strategic initiatives focused on driving growth and optimizing operational and financial performance that are aligned with an organization’s vision and key objectives.
Prior to joining Reference Point, Andreanna worked 31+ years at TIAA last serving as COO of Financial Solutions. She was a strategic partner in defining priorities and initiatives for TIAA Financial Solutions by working with key stakeholders in the individual and institutional client business areas (retirement and retail). She collaborated with the senior management team and business partners to ensure initiatives and outcomes were aligned to strategic objectives. Andreanna also managed and oversaw the development of highly complex record keeping products and services for TIAA's $1 billion and most critical institutional clients. She completed over 100 transitions, all of which streamlined administrative tasks, markedly improved client experience and were delivered on time.
Andreanna is known for being a trusted partner and is recognized for being calm, diplomatic, and highly collaborative. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and her MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
